WORTHY TO BE GREAT™ Leadership and Self-Discipline Skills Development Keynote/Workshop

WORTHY TO BE GREAT™ Leadership and Self-Discipline Skills Development Keynote/Workshop

Are you looking for someone to develop leaders and engage leadership groups on your campus?

If so, I’m excited to introduce you to the WORTHY TO BE GREAT Leadership Program, perfect for your upcoming Freshman Orientation and other campus events.

I'm sure you would agree that leadership starts within! As a certified Behavior Change Specialist, Speaker, 8-Time Author, and First-Generation College Graduate, I bring a wealth of experience and insights that give me a unique perspective to help your students develop the leader within themselves.

The W.T.B.G. Leadership Program focuses on helping students develop skills like self-discipline, communication, conflict resolution, networking, emotional intelligence, social skills, and critical thinking—which are essential skills for effective leadership.

This program is based on my book "WORTHY TO BE GREAT: How to Build Self-Discipline to Achieve Your Greatness" and is designed to resonate with Resident Assistants, Student-Led Clubs, and other campus organizations.

My background as a former college basketball team captain, award-winning Resident Assistant, and Student Freshman Seminar facilitator gives me deep insight into student leadership. The skills I honed in college helped me become a manager at a Fortune 500 health and wellness corporation, build a leadership program in juvenile detention centers, and start my own business.

In the research-based W.T.B.G. Leadership Program, I aim to share these skills with your students. By booking the W.T.B.G. Leadership Program, your students will gain valuable insights and practical strategies for developing their leadership abilities.

This program is for colleges and universities interested in developing the next generation of leaders on their campuses. If that’s your campus, contact me at [email protected] or by phone at 512-298-4217 so we can discuss any upcoming events in which the W.T.B.G. Leadership program can be of service to your students.
